We make every effort to manufacture our products to match as closely as possible to those that appear on the site. However, actual colors may vary due to the nature of materials used. Our products are designed by artist Emily Cornelius, hand cut on a scroll saw, hand painted by local artists and assembled individually in our shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico. USA. Since all the pieces are handmade we cannot guarantee that the actual items you receive will be identical to those shown in our online catalog. While we do our best to keep our products consistent, some variations may be evident as each dog and each product are created by our artists one at a time and may vary slightly. The quality and standards however, will be guaranteed. If you are interested in a unique dog or a breed that you don’t see, or if an image is not available on the site, please call us so that we can send you a sample or image via e-mail. We may be willing to design a breed just for you even by photograph. Extra fees may apply. See our Custom Design blurb below.
The sale of an item starts after acceptance of the order with a confirmation sent by Dandy Design via e-mail. If all the components are in stock, then orders move from the office, to the shop where they are assembled, packed and shipped. In most cases, the orders move through our shop in 3-5 working days. Orders normally ship out within 5-7 days of the original order. Your credit card will be charged prior to assembly as all of our products at that point, become a special order created just for you. Orders will then ship within a few days after assembly. If you need an order either held or rushed, we will do our best to accommodate you. If an item displayed on the website is sold out or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and either delay shipment or you may cancel those items. Since we do not charge your credit card until the order is ready to assemble there will be no charges or out of stock items on your order.
We offer a wonderful custom program to our wholesale accounts. Original, unique designs are created depending on your local scenes, landmarks or ideas. We work closely to ensure absolute happiness regarding the design, production and delivery of your very own product. Please contact our office to discuss this for your store. Custom orders are handled individually and need to be processed through our office, not on the web site. After the design and relationship has been established however, reorders can be handled and ordered through the site as a convenience for our customers. Dandy Design does not require a minimum order. However, there is a minimum wholesale order of $100.00 (USD). If a wholesale customer just wants a few samples, you will need to contact us and discuss your needs. For small orders, wholesale customers will need to purchase as a retail customer until a wholesale account is approved. Freight charges are not included in the prices shown. Freight costs depend on the weight of the total order, destination and method of shipping. The approximate weight and postal charges are indicated on our site.
We respect our customers' privacy and do not make their names or e-mail addresses available to other organizations. From time to time you may receive e-mails from us with information on new products or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails from us, please let us know by contacting us via "contact us" feature. Please provide us with your exact name and e-mail address and we will have your name removed from our e-mail list.

Because we create each order just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if a product simply does not delight you and you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to either refund, repair or replace your item of displeasure. Damaged goods: You are obliged to check the status of goods received from Dandy Design. If goods are damaged in transit you need to notify us via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the product.
Postal charges for goods sent to be repaired are at the buyer’s expense. Dandy Design pays for return charges. Please make sure that all items are properly packed.
